1. Regardless of what form of entertainment someone chooses to build their art in, what is the best way to get someone's attention like yours through networking ?
The first way to get someone's attention like myself, is a clever package with a clever presentation of material that paints a picture of what they have to offer. To make the connection, you must search for the people you want to reach by researching who the people are in the business. The best way to get a job is to network with as many people as you can and make personal contact with the decision makers via email if need be, but telephone and then an in person meet is essential if you want a real connection with that person. Another great way is having someone the decision maker knows and respects make a call in your behalf. Developing a strong network of friends and future employers will follow you throughout your entire career.
With this said, you can already see why it is important to network with as many
people as possible, because that one special person you network with might just
be the one to make that call for you to a friend !
