Building your professional presence on the net for $20.00

You have heard sooooo much about e-mails, web sites, links, etc........
Now we will put it all into perspective for you, so that you to can start to
build yourself.!!!!
You have the internet, you have a computer, and you even have an e-mail
address, soooo that is all you really need to build the YOU simple.
I am going to endorse a business that I feel is the best business on the web for more than one reason. I will give you the address here, and then explain. If you follow the step by step procedure, you will have the right tools to begin now.
www.Gate.com is one of
the very best services for starting your very first web site, Http://www.Gate.com
and then carrying it on to your professional life. I use
for everything I do. They offer everything you need from amateur to professional
hosting and I love there customer service, I love there tech support,
and most of all, the product you get from either site, register as the best in
the world to me. Click here and read about host save! at
Http://www.Gate.com
Both Gate.com and Web offer competitive pricing plans for there sites
and service, but here is what I suggest. Go to either site and find the name
that best fits your being. For instance, if your a dancer and your name is
Jenny, maybe www.JennyDancer.com
HostSave lets you find the name, register it,
and then host the site all for under $20.00 ! You might even find a special if
you click onto Gate and read Http://www.Gate.com
If you have Microsoft Windows and products, then chances are you have Front Page
on your computer already. This is the easiest and most reliable software to
learn from scratch. After you go to the web site, you will see that both sites
offer a promotion where your domain name is free if you choose one of the
packages they have. So let's say you choose the Gate.com larger package of $12.95
a month for 2000 MB of space and the e-mail addresses they offer with support
and Front Page support. I recommend this package, the one I use as well.
So for well under $20.00 you will have your presence on the web.
Now you have a name www. . com and your cost has
been between $7.95 and $12.95 depending on the package. Since you may only want
800 - 1000 MB's of space the $7.95 is perfect. I choose the $12.95 package
because you get 2000 MB of space, just to compare the service, I had Blhoo which
charged me $35.00 for 500 MB of space, and then I found Host Save to be better
and less expensive.
You will be given a special code you can use to log your website on and start
building. If you really want to be thrifty, go to a library and get the Front
Page 2003 guide and read a little here and there.
building the simple you
If you don't have Front Page 2002 or 2000 go to www.microsoft.com and dl it. they offer a version you can use as shareware. You can also go out to a local stare and just buy a copy of it, however I am assuming that if you are using Windows software, you already have it on your system.
Once you get confirmation through e-mail that your site is ready to be built
you can load up your front page while your on the net, type in your password,
and poof your ready for page one. Within 48 hours, your first page can have a
picture of you, a few graphics and some information about you. Anyone can
accomplish this with a little bit of ambition and drive. If you have a publisher
on your computer, or photo shop, that will help you edit pictures for your site.
You may find it a little frustrating at first since this is your first time
building your own personal artistic site, but hey, your doing it, and practice
makes perfect. If you get literature from Microsoft you can get all the
operating information you need just by printing out directions. You can also go
to Google.com and search for Microsoft Front Page 2002 shareware and information
on how to use the software.
I know this part of my book seems a little vague and almost too general, but
getting your site established and started is really this easy. Try it.... go to and see for yourself! Http://www.Gate.com
I so suggest you contact the copyright office in DC and get paper work sent out to you if you want a logo to present on your site and you don't want someone to steal your ideas. Copyright your material, artistic venture, music is not that expensive, and you can do this with ease. at the end of this book, I will leave you copyright information for you to go and request information sent directly to your home.
