Anna Nicole Smith is getting some heat.....

The Bahamas investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son isn't over, as a matter of fact, it is just beginning to heat up.... Police have once again questioned her lawyer and alleged fiance, Howard K. Stern, over exactly how methadone got into Daniel Smith's bloodstream. As you may recall, the only people in the room with Daniel when he died of a lethal combination of drugs on September 10th were Anna Nicole, Stern, and Anna Nicole's newborn baby ( who police are pretty much sure has nothing to do with it.... ). Police in the Bahamas will reportedly make a major announcement about the investigation on December 15th, so stay tuned........... On a lighter side to the matter, Nicole is living back in the house that the former owner is trying to say he still owns.... the electricity was turned off, but by a court order, the lights are back on, and she is still... in the house.......

Diddy is doing it Big.......

Diddy is making moves.......In the video for the second single off his new disc Press Play, "Tell Me" Diddy re-created the infamous 1979 Maxell Corporation TV ad where a man is blown away by sound. Oh, and you guessed it, Diddy is the blown-away man in the video. Maxwell marketing exec Cheryl Severini gives some info up to the United Press International, "The blown-away guy icon has always represented superior performance and advanced technology, and that is certainly present in the video."

Beyonce gives NO LOVE 

Sheryl Lee Ralph, who you may recall had Beyonce's role in the original Broadway version of Dreamgirls, is a little upset these days. Sherryl Lee Ralph says she never got the chance to make a cameo in the movie, as is often the case with re-makes of major movies. She explains her feelings to gossip columnist Cindy Adams, "I've seen absolutely nothing. Haven't even been invited to a screening. Nobody ever reached out to me. I guess that's just showbiz. I always said I wanted someday to do the movie, but they told me then, 'By the time Hollywood gets it hands on this it'll be too late for you to do the role.'" But Sherryl also continues with no hard feelings, "So how do I think Beyonce will be? Wonderful. What can I say but 'wonderful.' She'll be different from me. Understand, our creative process was different." Dreamgirls hits theaters December 25th.

Beyonce is searching for dancers ! 

The fly girl B is on the search.............. Beyonce is looking for dancers for her 2007 world tour. She's lined up a series of auditions for both men and women to try outty~  stop one (1) is at The Alley Kat in Los Angeles on December 6th and 7th. There are more locations..... Other locations for the other tryouts haven't been announced yet, but Beyonce and her crew will be checking out dancers in Atlanta, Houston, New York and Chicago in December and January. My advice to you if you are a dancer.... find a way to make a video of your abilities and subnit them to her myspace   www.myspace.com/beyonce or mail them to her label......... if you got the goods and you can dance your booty off, she is looking for you .....

Remember Michael Richards ??, the one who played "Kramer" on Seinfeld ??? Well, he may be a living example of what it looks like to have a fork stuck in your a&&...... and for the remainder of his (already) dwindling career... this after exploding in a burst of racist profanity during what was supposed to be a session of stand-up comedy in LA on Friday. Richards was being joked about by some black customers at the Laugh Factory when he un-leashed the N word and then some! First he alluded to some serious lynching, yelling, "50 years ago we'd have you upside down with a f 'n fork up your ass," then he unleashed some  "N" words ..... finally saying, "They're going to arrest me for calling a black man a..." and tossing in a sixth "N" word. A recording of the outburst is making its way around the Internet. Richards' former co-star, Jerry Seinfeld, released a statement, "I am sick over this. I'm sure Michael is also sick over this horrible, horrible mistake. It is so extremely offensive. I feel terrible for all the people who have been hurt."

OJ Simpson's upcoming book, If I Did It  and the two-part FOX special promoting it  have both been squashed /  killed / CANCELLED! After an unusual and fast moving uproar, News Corporation, owner of both FOX and the publisher, Harper Collins had a change of views and have since pulled the plug on Simpson's tale of how he could have killed Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman if he were the killer.... hmmmmmm. Judith Regan, the book's publisher, who also conducted the interviews with Simpson called the book his "confession." According to reports on the net, his interview might slip on the internet, and the book was shipped and it is being recalled, but some piracy may make the book available.... hahahahahah what a f'n joke, this dude is broke down ! Good, let that bastard go broke.....

On Monday night's Nightline, the B talked about her superstar status and her role in the forthcoming Dreamgirls. Having recently wrapped a promotional tour in Tokyo, she told ABC News's Cynthia McFadden in confidence, "I was really exhausted when I was in Japan. [But] I know when people are in the audience...they want to see a show. They want to live out their fantasies... For that two hours they think they are me. So they don't want to see something boring, so I give them a show... And it doesn't matter if I hit the highest note for 10 minutes. People expect that."  B plays "Deena" in Dreamgirls, but it almost didn't happen that way..... Apparently she eventually played her so well she even convinced herself she could act the part. B says, "When I watch the movie, I don't see myself at all... At one point that I had to look at my mom, and say, 'Oh I can't stand Deena.' Like it wasn't me. But that's how I know I did my job."  Then she went on to say, "When I think about Diana Ross playing Billie Holiday and now I'm playing someone loosely based off of Diana Ross, maybe in 25 years, someone will be playing me. And that's so amazing and beautiful." Just an FYI for you, Dreamgirls hits theaters on Christmas Day... I'm going !

Madonna ! No Go !

Madonna has to wait another week to see if a judge in Malawi will let her adopt David Banda, but it is NOT looking good for her..... The 13-month-old motherless boy she took home from the impoverished African nation last month may have a mother now. Last week, the widowed father who put David up for adoption married his pregnant girlfriend. This decision, due yesterday, has been pushed back to early next week for further review. The judge will rule on a challenge to the adoption by a coalition of human rights and child advocacy groups that might say that the boy is better off with the father and new mother.....

David Blaine held a press conference for his new stunt in NYC on Friday. The magician will try to escape from shackles after spending two days in a spinning  (CLICK HERE ) gyroscope ......which will be suspended above New York tODAY. So here is a recap of this crazy shi....... On Tuesday, the dude will lock himself in the gyroscope, which will then be lifted up 50 feet in the air and spun at up to eight revolutions a minute until Thursday, when he will try to escape from, if he isn't completely wiped out from dizziness.........

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes married !  Finally....... The wedding in Italy was on Saturday. Some go on to say that they  were actually married in an LA civil ceremony before leaving for Italy. Richard Gere, Jennifer Lopez, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, Brooke Shields and Jim Carrey still made a trip to Rome for the ceremony, performed by a Scientology minister. Scientology head David Miscavige was best man, Katie's sister, Nancy Blaylock was there as matron of honor, and Andrea Bocelli was on hand to serenade them.

Mary J. Blige, Gwen Stefani and Ludacris have been added to the list of performers for the Billboard Music Awards,
which will take place December 4th in Las Vegas. They join previously announced acts Janet Jackson and Fergie.
Finalists for the awards will be unveiled November 27th.

Nearly a decade after George Clooney was first named People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive," HE has reclaimed the title at the age 45 ! . Clooney bested such hunks as Patrick Dempsey, Johnny Depp, Leonardo DiCaprio, Taye Diggs and his old pal Brad Pitt. Gorgeous George tells the magazine, "This one's going to be hard for Brad since he's been Sexiest Man Alive twice. He's enjoyed that mantle. I'd say 'Sexiest Man Alive' to him and he'd go, 'Two-time.' So that's been taken away. We used to call him 'Two Time.' So Brad's going to be upset." Yeah yeah, well he's hitting off the sexiest women on the planet..... so whatever!

What The F????? How Does This Happen ?

OJ Simpson is doing it big after all..... This is almost comedy, and definitely working the system as well..... Because of the Jeopardy laws, he's protected to do this too...... He will supposedly speculate on how he would have killed ex-wife Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman if he did it....... get this .... a 2-part series, If I Did It, Here's How It Happened, airing on FOX November 27th and 29th. Of course, Simpson was acquitted of the murders a decade ago and has supposedly been searching for the "real killers" ever since. I guess he wasn't looking close enough into his mirror...... According to the network's version of this story, "OJ Simpson, in his own words, tells for the first time how he would have committed the murders if he were the one responsible for the crimes. In the 2 part series, Simpson describes how he would have carried out the murders he has vehemently denied committing for over a decade." Judith Regan, the publisher, whose book imprint is owned by FOX's parent company, will quiz OJ on the shows. Just an FYI,  Regan is also publishing Simpson's book by the same name on November 30th, perfect reading for the sick twisted minds........ It is all about the $ by the way ... Simpson is said to be getting 3.5-million for the deal........ It's not that big of a surprise that Nicole Brown's sister Denise is a little perturbed.....  She's released a strong statement saying, "It's unfortunate that Simpson has decided to awaken a nightmare that we have painfully endured and worked so hard to move beyond... We regret that Nicole's children, Sydney and Justin, will be exposed to Simpson's inexplicable behavior and we will provide them with our love and support during this time." Ron Goldman's father Fred is on one as well..... he is kicking game with his attorney, because Simpson still owes the families of Goldman and Brown some 30-million !

Prison Break was set to go on hiatus from November 27th until March, but FOX is considering bringing it back as early as January. LionsGate will produce Tyler Perry's next two films, Why Did I Get Married and Jazz Man's Blues. Anjelica Huston will direct Give Us a Kiss, an adaptation of a Daniel Woodrell novel about a crime novelist involved in a bungled pot deal. Vanished has vanished from the FOX lineup. It stars John Goodman and Delta Burke as the big jolly guy and his wife. A remake of the 1982 John Carpenter horror film The Thing is in the works from Universal. DreamWorks has picked up feature rights to Camp Creepy Time, an upcoming children's book from actress Gina Gershon. It's about a summer camp that's a front for a smuggling operation run by aliens. Ron Nyswaner is writing the screenplay for Dover, a feature based on the 2005 trial that stopped a Pennsylvania school board from teaching creationism over evolution. Tony Danza is in talks to join the Broadway production of The Producers. Retired CBS newsman Roger Mudd has donated his 1500 volume collection of 20th-century Southern writers to his alma mater, Virginia's Washington and Lee University.

A drama series based on the life of hit songwriter Diane Warren is in the works from Lifetime. Breaking Bad, a drama about a high school chemistry teacher moonlighting as a crystal meth manufacturer, is coming to AMC from X-Files exec producer Vince Gilligan, only fitting from a mind like his, I bet he is on Meth right now laughing at us reading this !  TNT will air all 13 first-season episodes of The Closer during a Thanksgiving Day marathon. A&E has extended the fourth season of The First 48 by six episodes....... I never watched one of em, but anyways,  The fifth season premieres in January. Boston Legal and Lost actress Julie Bowen and her husband, real-estate investor Scott Phillips, are expecting their first child. The upcoming epic The Nativity Story .... this is a  a bio-pic of the Baby Jesus .....will have its world premiere at the Vatican on November 26th. The X Files' David Duchovny is headed back to the small screen, playing a sex- and drug-addicted single father on a Showtime series. Paramount has picked up feature rights to Moonwalking With Einstein, a book about a year on the competitive memorizing circuit  Terminator Three's Jonathan Mastow will direct a pilot based on the alien-invasion graphic novel Six. The Weinstein Company has picked up all US rights to acclaimed director Wong Kar Wai's first English-language movie, My Blueberry Nights, a road flick starring Norah Jones, Jude Law, David Strathairn, Rachel Weisz and Natalie Portman. A slew of vintage TV series, including My Favorite Martian, I Spy and Daniel Boone, are headed to I Tunes and Google Video... all to amke some $$$$$$$$  Christine Lahti will direct her second feature, a mom and daughter dramedy called Any Way You Want Me. GSN will air an episode of What's My Line featuring "mystery guest" Jack Palance Sunday at 3:30 a-m ET, as a tribute to the late Oscar-winning actor. FOX has given the boot to Justice, while ordering up a full season of What About Brian. Alan Arkin is in talks to join Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal in the cast of Rendition, about a pregnant woman whose CIA analyst husband goes missing. Lionsgate has picked up US distribution rights to the upcoming live-action Bratz dolls feature. NBC pink-slipped 17 employees of Dateline on Friday, part of a massive cost-cutting move.

After he's done laughing all the way to the bank, Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen may have to return to the bank in tears to return the money to the one's who helped him bank it......... MORE  lawsuits. Two unnamed fraternity members from a South Carolina university are seen in the film making sexist and racist comments while watching the Pam Anderson sex tape with Borat... This is funny, so they say they were plied with booze by the filmmakers and told they were participating in a documentary that would only be shown outside the US. 

ehhhh, this is on some bull $&#^  sorry, but ehhhh, if someone asks you to do a documentary, movie, or anything, and you get in front of the camera and do it, then you are setting yourself up for something humiliating..... ok, so here's the rest....

They claim the release of the film has supposedly caused them "humiliation, mental anguish, emotional and physical distress, loss of reputation, goodwill and standing in the community."  Oh, that's not all......Glod, the Romanian village where the movie was shot ..... the stand-in for "Borat"'s Kazakhstan so-called hometown government says it's considering suing, again playing the "real documentary" card. The best part is this one, remember the poor one-armed grandfather shown in the film wearing a sex toy where his arm should be tells London's Daily Mail, "It is outrageous to exploit people's misfortune like this."

The Top 3 movies were the same as last weekend. Tim Allen's The Santa Clause 3 remained in the #2 spot earning a little over  16.9 dollars, and the animated Flushed Away remained in third with 16.7-million..... The only new film to break into the Top 5 was the Will Ferrell comedy Stranger Than Fiction, which offers some funnies ! The movie, about a fictional character come to life, earned 14.1-million dollars for fourth place. The horror sequel Saw 3 dropped from 4th place to 5th earning 6.6-million........... It's all about Borat ! 

 

Ashanti and T-I are teaming up to shoot the video for the single "Pac's Life" at the TupacAmaruShakurCenter for Arts in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The track is off the Tupac disc Pac's Life, due in stores November 21st. 

BET AWARDS   T-I, who was nominated in eight categories, won three awards on his own and shared another two with Young Dro! T-I got MVP of the Year, CD of the Year (for King) and Video of the Year (for "What You Know"), T-I's response...., "You can't hate on hard work and talent." Marie Antoinette director Sophia Coppola is reportedly attached to the project, which means big things are going to come either way. A spokesperson for Beyonce initially denied any knowledge of the project and then told us she would not comment on it.

Eminem has inked a deal with powerhouse agency ICM to represent help him boost his acting career. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Slim Shady severed ties with his former management team United Talent Agency, he has now taken his talents with Paramount-based production company, Interscope / Shady / Aftermath Films, with him to ICM. Eminem has a new goal in mind...... to get more film roles. The rapper's next big screen appearance will be a feature adaptation of " Have Gun, Will Travel " for Paramount. There's currently no release date for the film.

Ludacris, Snoop Dogg, The Game, T-I, Young Jeezy and Lil' Wayne are expected to perform this Sunday's first-ever BET Hip-Hop Awards Show at Atlanta's Fox Theater. Jeezy says he's x3, "I think they got me performing like three times if I'm not mistaken.

Luda will have a recurring role and will serve as the music supervisor. Ludacris tells Variety, "Halls of Fame promises to be a realistic journey into how young people can get started in the entertainment business. Whether it's music, fashion, dancing or acting .... everyone has to start somewhere. This time  at the MTV Europe Music Awards Thursday in Copenhagen, Denmark, because he didn't win Best Video for "Touch the Sky." KW broke into a HUGE rant as Justice and Simian collected their trophy for their work for "We Are Your Friends." He said, "Screw this! My video cost a million dollars, Pamela Anderson was in it, I was jumping across canyons and stuff! If I don't win, the awards show loses credibility. I haven't seen the Justice and Simian video. Possibly it could have been quite good but no way better than 'Touch the Sky.' It took a month to film, I stood on a mountain, I flew a helicopter over Vegas. I did it to be the king of all videos and I wanted to walk home with that award." Prnce gives his debut performance at his new Vegas club, 31-21 Jazz Cuisine, on Friday. The Purple One will perform on Fridays and Saturdays at the spot, located inside the Rio Hotel. Last weekend's number-one movie, Saw 3, dropped to fourth with 15.5 mil The horror movie's 10-day total stands at 60-million dollars. Director Martin Scorsese's The Departed dropped from second place to fifth with 8-million dollars, taking its total over the 100-million mark

Concert promoters in Hong Kong show have canceled a Mariah Carey gig scheduled for last week.... citing poor ticket sales and Mariah's diva-in-a-box behavior. The promo spot, Concerts Asia, which managed to sell just 4,000 of 25,000 available tickets, issued a statement blasting Carey and her representatives. Here is just a sample of what was written.... "We have decided to cancel the event effective immediately due to both the poor response of public ticket sales and also due to specific last-minute demands which we find wholly unreasonable and not with the best interests of Hong Kong, us and also the fans."

The Essence Music Festival will return to New Orleans this year. The 13th annual event is being labeled..... "Coming Home" and it will take place July 5th through 7th at the lovely restored Louisiana Superdome. After making its home at the dome for the last 11 years, the festival temporarily moved to the Houston area in 2006 since that is where close to1/4 of the city evacuated to following the devastation of Hurricane  Performers will be announced in the coming weeks, and you can count on Beyonce as one of them if she can make it happen ! 

                         Bruce Willis is on to a fourth Die Hard film, Live Free or Die Hard, just in time for theaters next summer.
