American Idol David Cook...... from Blue Springs, Mo.

David Cook came visit his hometown people Friday the 9th of June.....this month was a great month for him...... We got an exclusive interview with David ..... 95.7 The Vibe ( Seen world wide yhall ) ... I got a great photo shoot time with David Cook, and walked with him around to the different studios for interviews..... I had a chance to listen to 3 different interviews that all spelled the same thing: David Cook didn't just get to the top by luck.... He has 100% talent, he's got juice, and he's not just the typical star in the making, he will go down in HistoRY, way beyond any of the other Idol winners.... His musical influences spell diversity greater than the most eccentric - articulated musicians of our world.... From the Beatles to Bon Jovi, DDavid's ability will be seen in musical form when his record is on the shelves.... however, your build up you were treated to on American Idol spells the same diversity. Unlike the other winners and 2nd runners up, he had it in the bag since the night he performed this on American Idol ... I listened to it, watched the video which is posted below, and thought, he's 100% pure talent... Then he later did THIS song, one of my favorite rock bands, Dare You To Move....... Switch Foot

When asked what he would do if it was the only thing in his power to do, to change the world of music, his answer to me was, " I would go out of my way to make sure music was made readily available to all in a better way so that more artists were heard. "

We went on to performing at his old High School in Blue Springs, then to a Royals game to throw the 1st pitch ! Tix were given away with us... Myself, Shorty, Maurice..... Simon calls his favorite performer......is David Cook....who did it up BIG with ALWAYS BE MY BABY" as the contestants worked it out with Mariah Carey songs........ To top it off, it was an emotional night for him during the Mariah Performances..... ..... His brother Adam was in the audience ... who is undergoing chemo therapy for brain cancer... that is deeeeeeeeep Doctors in Indiana refused to let Adam fly on a commercial airliner so David raised $80,000 to bring him out on a private jet. Family = strength .... and David Cook proves he has it.....
