were these cops thinking
.....Three Atlanta police
officers could learn their
fate today as their
sentencing trial continues
in the 2006 slaying of 92
year old woman they shot 39
rounds at.........Kathryn
Johnston.
Jason
Smith told the court
yesterday, "I pray daily for
Ms. Johnston. I also pray
other officers in Atlanta
will have the moral
fortitude I didn't have."
The three officers claimed
that Johnston fired at them
with an old pistol when they
raided her home, where they
alleged she'd been dealing
drugs. So what did these dip
shi&s do ????? They
responded with 39 shots,
hitting the old woman five
times and killing her. Jason
Smith pleaded guilty to
planting bags of marijuana
in Johnston's house after
her death, and Smith and
Gregg Junnier pleaded guilty
to voluntary manslaughter
and making false
statements...... Arthur
Tesler, the third cop
involved, also pleaded
guilty to making false
statements when he filled
out an affidavit stating
that an informant bought
crack at the old woman's
house !!!!! Wow Atlanta has
a corruption problem,,,,,,,,
All three also pleaded
guilty to federal charges of
conspiracy to violate civil
rights which means Federal
Prison !
