Testimony heated up in a Florida
courtroom on Tuesday when Howard K. Stern's
lawyer played a video of the late Anna Nicole
Smith tearfully revealing how she felt about
her mother, Virgie Arthur, who
wants custody of Anna Nicole Smith's body.
Supposedly, the footage was shot for
Entertainment Tonight and The Insider but never aired
according to Perez Hilton. Smith
is reportedly saying, "You want to hear all the
things she did to me? You want to hear all the things
she let my father do to me, or my brother do to me? Or
my sister? All the beatings and the whippin's and the
rape? That's my mother. That's my mom!"

Anna Nicole Smith's
sudden collapse at the Hard Rock Seminole Hotel & Casino on
Thursday appeared to be deadly.
The excuse given out that time was "pneumonia."
Anna Nicole Smith is dead,
the apparent victim of a drug overdose, multiple sources confirm
exclusively.....
The TV station WFOR-TV in Miami reports
that Anna was found unresponsive in her hotel room.
Paramedics were called and performed CPR
on her, in addition to inserting a tube in her mouth.
Paramedics were seen pumping her chest as
she was taken from the hotel.
Local streets were closed off to rush Smith
to the hospital, three miles away.

here is all that is known thus far
Smith, who had stayed at the resort in the
past, was accompanied by her lawyer and "boyfriend" Howard
K. Stern for an event and pleasure....
Anna's daughter,
Dannielynn, five months
old, was not on the trip, she remained in the Bahamas, where seem
had been residing. The infant was under the care of the mother of
Shane Gibson
Ron Rale, a friend of the family, and
lawyer, revealed that smith hadn't "been well the past few
days, she's had cold and flu symptoms."
This afternoon, Anna's private
nurse discovered her unconscious in her hotel room
Apparently Smith's bodyguard unsuccessfully
tried to revive her body.
Soon after a 911 call, paramedics arrived
at the hotel and administered CPR, in addition to inserting a tube
in her mouth to facilitate breathing.
The streets were shut down by local police to get Anna to
Memorial Regional Hospital hospital.....

Just a thought.....let's just say the
lawyer was behind all of this drama, all for himself, the money, the
kid, the spot..... ?????

The Autopsy
Results Are In
RiP Anna Nicole Smith

A press conference was held today ! At a
press conference on Friday, the following was revealed:
The medical examiners office will be aware
of the intense public interest in the death and expedite the tests
while still making sure they're thorough." The results are
being researched over intensely......
Here is the 1st set of results...By the naked eye there were no
drugs or tablets or pills in her stomach "but our
findings are limited with what we can see with our naked eye."
The determination of chemicals
microscopically has not been completed.
There is no evidence of any foul play that
could have lead to Smith's death.
Though she may have been vomiting .... as
previously reported.... Anna Nicole Smith did not choke to death or
die of asphyxiation. ( Did not choke on her own vomit )
A small amount of blood was found in Anna's
stomach, though not in the intestines, is a result of the terminal
shock Smith experienced before she died. ( IF there were any forms
of drugs in her system, they would have been seen during this test
)
Despite some reports, police
revealed that they did not see Howard K. Stern flush any drugs down
the toilet.
Though no pills were visibility found in
her stomach, that does not mean that she hadn't taken any
pills.....it is still possible that Smith died of an overdose, even
though official results of her cause of death won't be known for up
to a month.
Tons and tons of samples, which could be
used in any paternity case, were taken and now several
people reportedly want custody of Anna Nicole's body
.........

WOW, it is getting worse...........

Anna Nicole Smith's life is quickly becoming a media
circus....... the tabloid case of the young century. CNN
talker Larry King spoke with three guests Smith's
self-proclaimed best friend Jackie Hatten, Howard K. Stern's
sister Bonnie Stern and Ron Rale, Smith's other
attorney.
This is where things got MESSY
Hatten, a professional volleyball player, was up first, and
started dropping HUGE bombs. She said that Anna Nicole told her that
ex Larry Birkhead was the father of her infant daughter Dannielynn.
Hatten said that she and Anna Nicole were friends for
close to 16 years,
and that she used to look after Smith's late son Daniel when he
was just four years old. She also went on to say that Howard K. Stern was a Svengali who
kept Smith heavily drugged.... and all the time! She blamed Stern for breaking up Smith's
romance with Larry Birkhead and chasing off several other
boyfriends. "He gets in the way of everything." Them kinda
guys are out there, and Stern was supposedly one of them !
Hatten described Daniel Smith as a clean living young man, and
strangely implied that Stern could have possibly drugged food in the hospital room and that's what
killed Anna's 20 year old son......
Stern's sister Bonnie had a strange response to all
of this...... "I was very close to Anna for several years. I've been on
her reality TV show, I was around her almost every day for a couple
of years, and I never met that person. And I find that really hard
to believe that she was her best friend. I was around Anna for two
years everyday, and never met this woman."
Stern has made it very believable that Smith did
what she wanted, when she wanted, with who she wanted.... that he
loved her, and NEVER got her any type of pills..........
Minutes later, Rale told King he was HELLA PISSED ,
as a matter of fact, used the words " hopping mad " that Hatten was
even on the show. Rale, while admitting he's not part of Anna
Nicole's close circle of friends, knew of Hatten, and acknowledged that
she'd been a friend of Anna Nicole's for a time, but the two had a
HUGE fall out after Hatten's brother was convicted of making terrorist
threats against the TrimSpa model. After the conviction, Rale said,
"I remember Anna saying, 'Keep her away from me.' And from my
personal knowledge back then, she was done, and I've just confirmed
with Howard that there's no relationship there." Rale
also disputed the timeline Hattenhad given saying that from his
recollection, Hatten had only been a part of Anna's life for maybe
6-7 years.....
Stern was questioned yesterday by authorities in
the Bahamas regarding his presence in the hospital room where Daniel
Smith died. The authorities are concerned with what could have
possibly been in her room. He remains at an undisclosed location in the islands
with Dannielynn.....
Sooooo Why Burial Drama ?
Anna Nicole Smith is far from buried.
Like James Brown, the late ANS may be spending a good
deal of time above ground before finally being laid to rest.
According to TMZ, Anna's mother, Virgie
Arthur, wants to claim her daughter's body and hold a funeral.
Arthur was estranged from Smith because of Anna's surroundings
according to the latest interview online ......., and since Anna and
Howard K. Stern were never legally married, she has the upper
hand in the funeral and how it is handled. She is the
mother.... The twists come with the child needing to know who
the real daddy is.....Larry Birkhead convinced an LA judge to
put a halt to the burial until determining whether a DNA sample can
be taken as part of his paternity suit over Dannielynn.
According to TMZ, Smith's mother contacted Birkhead to bargain
..... hmmmmmmmmm
Birkhead explains to the New York Daily News that he
was one of the few who tried to save Smith from a life of drugs, but
was unsuccessful. He goes on to say, "I can't help but
thinking .....could I have saved Anna if I was with her? Or even
Daniel? It keeps playing out in my head." A scurce close to the
family, Birkhead, and Anna tells the paper she fled to the
Bahamas with Stern after Birkhead gave her an ultimatum
........... quit drugs or I'll go for custody of the baby.
And a new candidate to be Dannielynn's father
has come forward. Alexander Denk, a former bodyguard, tells
Extra that there's a possibility that he's the daddy. One things for
sure, Anna was sleeping around a little more than ALOT !
The 31 second 911 tape of the emergency call
made when Smith was found unconscious has been released. On it, a
policewoman is heard saying, "She's not breathing, and she's
not responsive. She's, um, actually Anna Nicole Smith.
This means mother wins round 1
Virgie Arthur, the mother of Anna Nicole Smith,

won
an injunction
against lawyer/enable Howard K. Stern.

Smith convinced a Bahamian judge on Tuesday to slap Stern with a court
order preventing him from taking little Dannielynn out of the Caribbean
country.
A spokesperson for Arthur says, "There's two common denominators in
the deaths of her daughter and her grandchild - drugs and Howard K. Stern.
She [Arthur] will do whatever she can to get this child away from the man
[she blames] for two deaths. She is very, very fearful for the child's
safety."
It's a good thing that baby can't speak yet...or else Howard K. Stern
would be getting her to talk "exclusively" on camera to Entertainment
Tonight!
MORE DRUGS AND TWISTS
So here we go.... everyone
is fighting over Anna's DEAD body.... and instead of some quality info ...
every media outlet is digging up as much dirt as possible...... YES< WE
F'N know the woman was on one.... she could be the pin-up-poster-girl for
DON'T DO DRUGS DAMNIT....... TMZ.com has posted online
prescriptions for Methadone and Demerol that Smith may have obtained
illegally, or maybe she got them from her men....... who cares, she got em
because she had the $ to get em....... you can order that crazy shi* on line
for the right $, so it's not like you can blame it on ONE person..........
Supposedly she was on some crazy SHI* while she was pregnant too.....
Poor kid..... The gossip site has also posted a sworn affidavit from
Dannielynn Hope's former nanny in which she claims that Smith ordered her to
starve the infant because she "was obsessed with making sure that her
baby was 'sexy.'" This nanny has more stories than Dr . Suess ...
Yup, the NaNny also says Anna tried to commit suicide at least twice last
year and had a "flagrant sexual relationship" with the Bahamian
Minister of Immigration who was seen in intimate photos earlier this week..
all over the net.........

This past weekend Britney Spears must have fallen out of bed wrong and
bumped her head on something, and then she went and shaved her had
to match the pictures on the net already from other places she
shaved......

say was a bare weekend for Britney's head.............. She went
bald.... I think Britney is just acting out her depression, and for
good reason, she is going through a divorce with Federline, she
doesn't really want him to be in her every day life, and to top it
off.... he cheated so hard-core on her, I don't think she'll ever be
the same....
at least she still has a chance to endorse some clean
products to help get her .... well... ehhhh Clean !

couple of new tattoos inked... all while
having her crew take pictures and
video..........
This all started right
after Spears reportedly checked into Eric
Clapton's Crossroads Center in
Antigua sometime last week to get some
help and mental consulting....... She is
going through hell, her whole life has
changed......She reportedly checked Of
Eric Clapton's spot less than 24
hours later ...........
Esther's Haircutting
Salon in Tarzana is where, after her
request for a head shave was refused by
Esther herself, Britney grabbed a
clipper and proceeded to shave her own
head bald ... looking like Snade Oconner,
or however you spell her name......
Esther didn't charge her for the
self-service, but is now suggesting the
hair could end up on E-Bay !
Anything for a buck.......
Then the newly bald
Britney Spears was quick to scurry off
to her next destination for some
ink, including what one artist described
as "cute little lips on her
wrist" ... Also on the net, you

mid section. One employee at the Tattoo
spot told Us magazine,
"After she left the shop we all
just looked around and said to each
other, 'We just saw a huge celebrity on

reunion of The Police opened the
telecast with a version of their first hit,
"Roxanne." It quickly became clear, however,
that the evening belonged to Justin
Timberlake and The Dixie Chicks,
along with Mary J Blige showing her emotion
and Christina Aguilera getting a standing
ovation for her dedication to James
Brown.....
Justin Timberlake showed pure class up and
down the scale, 1st by taking home a pair of
awards including Best Dance
Performance for "Sexy Back" ... and for
his duet with some chick named Mrs.
Troup.... who will be a
household name by next year at this
time........ he also became one of the few
artists to perform more than once during a
single ceremony. Timberlake showed off his
epic piano-playing skills on "What Goes
Around" and he really gave it his all
with the "My Grammy Moment"
contest winner Robyn Troup mentioned
above... it was her first time on national
TV and in front of millions........ they
did it up with Bill Withers'
soul classic "Ain't No Sunshine." WHAT AN
EPIC PERFORMANCE".............
The Chicks dominated
the award portion of the program sweeping
all five categories they were nominated in,
right up until the very last award, which
they won, beating out Justin Timberlake, who
I personally felt should have won........
The Chicks got.....Album of the Year
for Taking the Long Way and Song
of the Year for "Not Ready to Make
Nice." In accepting the latter award, front
woman Natalie Maines joked that "for
the first time in my life, I'm speechless!"
Mary J. Blige gave thanks to close to 60
people in her speech..... hahahahah she
wanted everyone to know everyone in her
life... but on the real, she deserved her 3
awards..... Blige gave a super passionate
rendition of "Be Without You," hitting an
energy level that Christina Aguilera
would match with her cover of James Brown's
"It's A Man's Man's Man's World." Christina,
who won the Best Female Pop Vocal
award for "Ain't No Other Man," says, "I was
completely flattered to think they would
think I could handle a James Brown song. Who
better than him to emulate?" word for
word from this diva........
" I was completely flattered
to think they would think that I could
handle a James Brown the Godfather of
Soul song. But I actually pay tribute
to James Brown in one of the songs on my
album Back to Basics, on a song called 'Back
in the Day,' which pays tribute to all that
I'm inspired by in soul music and blues and

John Mayer walked the red carpet

alleged new girlfriend, Mayer answered
in Japanese, which no-one got..... until
an hour later, the translation came

know."

Scarlett Johansson was also in
the house, but walking the red carpet a
hundred feet behind Justin
Timberlake.... I guess that's how he

what she said. Actually, she said, "We
have a lot of friends in common, and
Justin's a sweetheart, and it's always
good to see him, but there's a lot of
speculation and I try not to read that
stuff. I think when two people are
single and are seen together, it's
immediately like a crazy feeding

Mark Curry, no laughing
matter
|
On yesterday's Montel
Williams Show, Hangin' With Mr. Cooper actor ( the one
and only, ) Mark Curry got personal, Mark talked about the
severe injuries he suffered in a household accident and his deep
thoughts of suicide. The comedian sustained second-degree burns over
18 percent of his body after a falling can of spray starch
ruptured, sparking a fire in his California home. Curry, who was in
a three-day medically induced coma, says, "It was so bad...that
pain was so excruciating... I wanted to kill myself, and by the
fourth day, I said, 'I can't do this.' I felt less than a man. I
couldn't even look at my own body. I saw my hand with the peeling
skin and threw up, and I didn't look at myself again." Curry
says fellow comedians Bill Cosby and Sinbad helped him
see the value of his life. "They made me laugh, and that helped
a lot."

been planning for so many years.

of extreme emotions in my life,
never dreamed I could feel
simultaneously heartbroken and
euphoric.

happiness and sadness at the
prospect of the last book being
published, and that has meant
more than I can tell you. If it
comes as any consolation, I
think that there will be plenty
to continue arguing and
speculating about, even after
'Deathly Hallows' comes out. So
if you're not yet ready to quit
the message boards, do not
despair...
I'm almost scared to admit this,
but one thing has stopped me
collapsing in a puddle of misery
on the floor. While each of the
previous Potter books has strong
claims on my affections,
'Deathly Hallows' is my favorite,
and that is the most wonderful
way to finish the series.

in talks with Comcast to launch a Video on Demand cable channel.
According to the New York Post, the two leaders in the biz
joined Harvey and Bob Weinstein at a meeting last week
at the cable network's headquarters in Philadelphia. A source called
the meeting as a "getting acquainted session and a chance to
bounce around ideas about urban programming." Just an FYI for
all of you keeping track......... Comcast owns 50% of BET's leading
competitor, TV One.
If the channel is developed,
word is Jay Z and Diddy would function as recruiters to bring in
talent, rather than operators ......

Barbara McNair,

Merv Griffin will
expand his game-show empire this fall, augmenting the long-running hits Jeopardy
and Wheel of Fortune with a new series called Crosswords.
It's not quite Vegas, but CBS is heading to Nevada
for a musical drama entitled Viva Laughlin, which centers around a
man trying to make a go of a casino in the resort town of Laughlin.
Lifetime has optioned Kim Edwards' novel

Memory Keeper's Daughter which has gone through 20 printings and
spent 28 weeks on the New York Times Bestseller List.
Animal Planet will premiere its first ever
on-air/online series, Saving Grace, on March 2nd. The show, which
centers on a family's attempt to return a baby otter to the wild, will
augment its televised element with five-minute net only "webisodes."
Romance is a contact sport on AandE's newest
reality offering, Patti Novak: America's Toughest Matchmaker. The

The NBA's All-Star Weekend in Las Vegas will
feature performances from Mary J. Blige, Toni Braxton and Christina
Aguilera. Blige performs the night before the game, February
17th, at the Thomas and Mack Center, and Aguilera and Braxton
headline halftime at February 18th's main event. NBA All-Star weekend
kicks off February 16th at Thomas and Mack with the Rookie Challenge
and Youth Jam. The All-Star Game airs live on TNT at 8:00 pm ET
on Sunday the 18th

Grammy-winning singer is trying to fast-track her divorce by
requesting a default judgment from Orange County Superior Court in
California in papers filed a month ago, meaning, she is DONE and
wants to be GONE from his DRAMA! On the document, according to www.CelebTV.com , Houston indicated that there are "no issues of division
of community property" between her and Brown. Houston also asks
for custody rights for the couple's daughter, Bobbi Kristina, with

Brandy to face ch ch charges ????
|
So here is another story that was kept on the DL because
charges were never brought to the table... mainly because after the
accident the families involved were more concerned with the death in
the family than the cause of the accident... kinda like spilling
milk, first you clean it up, then figure out how you made it
happen....... Sooo if you are asking yourself why it happened so
long ago and nobody said anything, that is probably the most logical
answer .... Sooooo what happened on December 30th, 2006 ??
Brandy, who is 27, was driving
a Land Rover on Interstate 405 on Dec. 30 when traffic slowed and
her vehicle struck the back of Honda driven by Awatef Aboudihaj, 38,
according to a CHP report. It is not said whether or not Brandy was
chatting it up on a cell call..... But regardless she wasn't
paying too close attention to follow the flow of traffic as it
slowed down..... ( in my oppinion, that is not a good thing when you
are being judged on your every move )
Aboudihaj's car hit another
vehicle, slid sideways into the center divider and was then hit by
another car, according to the report said. Aboudihaj died at a
hospital from the injuries, according to the coroner's
office.... blunt-forced injuries.....
Brandy could face a charge of vehicular manslaughter

The Fallout Begins.....
Can you say WOW
!
Washington recently
nailed the coffin shut
with his words of hatred
towards gays... .For those
of you under a rock, or a
boulder, Isaiah Washington
( Greys Anatomy ) recently
made negative comments
towards Gays on the set of
Greys A. in October......
This shut down the shop
for a few days, and just
when you thought it was
over, out pops some more
negative spew from
Washington during the
Golden Globes............
Here is what Washington
wrote to you ( the public
) as of today :
"I
apologize to T.R., my
colleagues, the fans of
the show and especially
the lesbian and gay
community for using a word
that is unacceptable in
any context or
circumstance. By repeating
the word Monday night, I
marred what should have
been a perfect night for
everyone who works on
"Grey's
Anatomy." I can
neither defend nor explain
my behavior. I can also no
longer deny to myself that
there are issues I
obviously need to examine
within my own soul, and
I've asked for help.
I
know the power of words,
especially those that
demean. I realize that by
using one filled with
disrespect, I have hurt
more than T.R. and my
colleagues. With one word,
I've hurt everyone who has
struggled for the respect
so many of us take for
granted. I welcome the
chance to meet with
leaders of the gay and
lesbian community to
apologize in person and to
talk about what I can do
to heal the wounds I've
opened.
T.R.'s
courage throughout this
entire episode speaks to
his tremendous character.
I hold his talent, and T.R.
as a person, in high
esteem. I know a mere
apology will not end this,
and I intend to let my
future actions prove my
sincerity."
This
comes a day after NBC
issued this
statement:
"We have a long
standing policy to create
and maintain respectful
workplaces for all our
employees. We dealt with
the original situation in
October, and thought the
issue resolved. Therefore,
we are greatly dismayed
that Mr. Washington chose
to use such inappropriate
language at the Golden
Globes, that he himself
deemed
"unfortunate" in
his previous public
apology. We take this
situation very seriously,
and his actions
are unacceptable and are
being addressed."
Isaiah
Washington's
actions and anti gay
remarks are already
showing that they can
damage ratings, so now the
whole show suffers......I
can honestly say I am NOT
a that words of hatred can
damage viwers perception
of a show, when the show
consists of an actor or
actors that are known to
spew hatred towards
religion, beliefs,
etc........
IE, how would you feel if
your favorite TV show
consisted of actors that
openly confessed they went
home every night, put on
white KKK uniforms and
burnt down churches....
you would stop watching
the show ... or 99%
would... well this is no
different....
If Isaiah
Washington's comments had
been racial and not
gay-oriented, he would
have been fired instantly

Imagine if it were Patrick
Dempsey throwing
around the "N"
word. And then to add
insult to injury, denying
it! ( Perez Hilton )
He would have been
fired faster than we could
finish typing this
sentence.
